Greenpeace

Client: Greenpeace Australia

Greenpeace were up against beverage giant Coca-Cola, fighting for the implementation of a cash for containers recycling scheme. No small task, they needed a cut through call to action campaign to petition the NSW Government on a miniscule budget. Coke was vehemently opposed and had large financial backing.

As Associate Creative Director, I opted to hit Coke where it hurts; Australia’s youth demographic. We created attention grabbing social media spots and public stunts, resulting in huge national media coverage, millions of views in 3 days, incredible engagement figures and click through sign ups. Our campaign successfully lobbied government to change recycling laws in NSW Australia. A huge win for both Greenpeace and for our environment.

Alongside this campaign we also ran several others to raise awareness of plastic pollution, PFC’s and to highlight Lidl’s war on waste.
